If my 3.5k Blizzard 1 shots the entire Pindle room, why would I sacrifice 300 MF to run a lightning build that hits for 35k? It’s funny that everyone talks about how having too much MF is bad because you lose killing speed, but they never look at the inverse. You hit both fcr + fhr breakpoints, you have over 400mf, capped res, great life and mana pool and you literally melt mobs with 35k lightning dmg. There’s some minor upgrades I can do to get a tiny bit more dmg and bit more mf, but all in all I think this is likely the strongest lightning sorc mf build you can have. My merc is equipped with Infinity + fort + Andy’s. So I have a mix of:Īlso, you shouldn’t run Lightning build unless you have infinity. Because you don’t have the res from Chains of Honor, you need to rely on your sc’s to get capped resistances. Amulet is +2 light skills / 9 fcr / 18 all resist / 24 mf / + other stats.30 mf Nagel Ring (to reach the 400+ mf, but I usually just run 2x Soj’s).If you have the means to get endgame gear then Enigma + Griffons + a solid mf ammy is the way to go. I’m too lazy to do the planner so I’ll just write my own build down here real quick.ģp Tal set is overrated imo. This will also allow you to take fire passives which will help you immensely as you will see in the skill tree below. This is easy to beat.

We do this not for the damage but because any direct damage done with your skill will apply a burning effect.

If you notice, we put 1 skill into Fire Bolt so that at level 30, you will use this as your second Enchantment skill. You’ll use Teleport for mobility and Ice Armor mostly for your mana regen. Which is why taking Fireball for more explosion damage is not that great. This is solely because Arc Lash and Chain Lightning already excels at clearing a room full of enemies. At level 15, it is important for you to take Chain Lightning as your Enchantment over Fireball. The lightning will bounce back and forth multiple times dealing 10x increased damage.

You’ll use chain lightning to kill enemies primarily. This is a lightning build which will clear a room full of enemies with ease. This is one of the builds that you can definitely use from the get-go! This guide will teach you how to be the best Sorcerer wielding chain lightning to whiplash through multiple enemies at once. Diablo 4 will be out for PC and consoles starting 2nd June, and with all top-tier RPGs, there’s always a new build being made for any of the game’s five classes.
