Small-scale production is also a cost-effective option for consumer sampling initiatives, focus groups, or regional distribution. Our commercial-grade pilot production facility is ideal for experimental beverages, collaboration brews, or small runs for professional presentations to investors, retailers, and distributors. The brainchild of Janet Johanson and Matt Hall, The Lab was created to offer beverage makers a place to conduct small-scale manufacturing and to provide access to affordable quality testing.
